By using Golove AI App you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. You must be at least eighteen years old to create an account or use the service.
2. By signing up you confirm that you have provided truthful information about your age.
3. One person may operate only one account at a time.
4. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
5. You may not share, sell or transfer your account to any other person.
6. The AI girlfriends provided by Golove AI App are fictional characters, not real people.
7. Any resemblance between an AI personality and a real person is entirely coincidental.
8. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activity in your jurisdiction.
9. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise extract our models.
10. You agree not to scrape, mirror or republish content generated within the service.
11. You agree not to use the service to generate harassing, hateful or harmful content.
12. You agree not to upload illegal content of any kind, including content involving minors.
13. Violation of safety rules will result in an immediate, permanent account termination.
14. We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for any breach of these terms.
15. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew until cancelled by you.
16. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
17. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
18. Refunds are issued only where required by applicable consumer protection law.
19. Free tier features may change at any time without prior notice.
20. Prices may change with at least thirty days notice to existing subscribers.
21. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
22. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or available at all times.
23. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last twelve months.
24. You may not use the service in jurisdictions where adult AI companion services are prohibited.
25. We may add, remove or change AI personalities at any time.
26. We may add, remove or change features at any time, with reasonable notice for major changes.
27. All intellectual property in the service belongs to Golove AI App or our licensors.
28. You retain ownership of the messages you write, but grant us a limited license to deliver the service.
29. Disputes will be resolved under the laws of our country of incorporation.
30. We may update these terms occasionally and will inform active users about material changes.
