6. We never share identifiable conversation content with any third party for marketing.
7. We do use a small set of trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, billing and security.
8. All infrastructure providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.
9. You can request a full copy of your stored data at any time from your account dashboard.
10. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, without explanation.
11. Deletion is permanent and processed within thirty days, including backups.
12. We use cookies only for essential functionality such as session management and basic analytics.
13. You may opt out of non-essential cookies on first visit and at any time afterwards.
14. We do not use third party advertising trackers or fingerprinting libraries.
15. Children under eighteen are not permitted to use Golove AI App under any circumstances.
16. We use automated age verification at signup and may request additional proof at any time.
17. If we ever detect minors using the service, the account is permanently removed.
18. You have the right under GDPR and CCPA to access, correct, port and delete your data.
19. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

21. We do not access, read or review your conversations unless legally compelled to do so.

25. Our retention period for inactive accounts is twenty four months, after which data is anonymised.
